Receptionists

The two young ladies are very professional, upbeat and positive no matter how stressful a phone call may be while there is a line to check in. Never look frustrated, never roll eyes or take a deep breath! I am not sure where you found them but you are very lucky.

Dr. Ryan Gallivan --- Awesome!

I've had asthma and allergies all my life, have been cared for by some fine doctors and clinics across the country. With age, my symptoms seemed to be intensifying. I was having difficulty with sustained activity and finally, even with short walks.

I'd treated 'symptoms' of my disease forever, it seems... never the cause. I tried every inhaler on the market, tested nebulizers, antihistamines, saline solutions, cortisones, salves, filters... I sensed that I was soon to lose my mobility.

And then I met three doctors here in Central Oregon. I credit Dr. Jenness Christensen and Dr. Adam Williams with resolving my asthma condition through proper administration of singulair and allergy shots. And then, referred to Dr. Ryan Gallivan, ENT, I've been able to breathe freely through my nose (first time in memory!!) via a surgical procedure with polyps and sinus.

This awesome trio has changed my life, and I am immensely grateful. How do you thank doctors who've made such a profound impact on your life? "Thank you" seems so very inadequate!

I have only seen Dr. Gallavan once but I have a follow-up appmt. soon. I was very impressed with the doctor and his staff. His staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Gallavan has a great bedside manner. He was easy to talk to and I didn't feel rushed at all. He listened as I was explaining my symptoms and did not talk over me. I was prescribed an over-the-counter medication that he called into the pharmacy explaining that often times it is less expensive to go through the pharmacy but we warned me that I should check with the pharmacy first because sometimes pharmacies charge a lot more than the over-the-counter item that is located right on the shelf in the store. He definitely looks out for his patients!
